Brown Rice and Quinoa


Basic Brown Rice and Quinoa

Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 30 minutes
Servings: 6, about 5 cups

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups brown rice
2/3 cup quinoa, rinsed, drained
2 2/3 chicken broth
1 tsp salt

Put brown rice and quinoa into rice cooker.  Add broth and salt.  
Cover and set to cook according to rice cooker directions, 30 to 40 minutes.
