Creme de menthe coupes

Serves 4


14 oz Mint Chip Ice Cream

1/4 cup green creme de menthe syrup

1/2 cup coarsely chopped pistachio nuts

1/2 cup hot fudge sauce

Whipped whipping cream

12 creme de menthe thin candies, coarsely chopped

Fresh mint leaves, if desired


In individual dessert dishes, layer 2 scoops (1/4 cup each) ice cream, 1 tbsp creme de menthe syrup and 2 tbsp pistachios.  Spoon 2 tbsp hot fudge sauce over each.  Garnish with whipped cream, sprinkle of mint candy and mint leaves.
