Arugula, Watermelon ande Peach Salad with Lavender-Chili Vinaigrette

Ingredients: 
9 oz crumbled feta 
6 tbsp. toasted sunflower seeds 
3 cups large diced watermelon 
12 slices pancetta 

Method: 
Quarter peaches and toss lightly in canola oil.  Then, grill on barbecue or grill pan until peaches have grill marks and chill in the fridge.  Mix arugula, sun flower seeds, and the watermelon in a bowl, and toss with salad dressing.  Top with feta and pancetta.  Plate salad and then add peaches as garnish.
