Chocolate Bread Pudding
 
               Ingredients:
               4 sweet assorted-flavor muffins (i.e. blueberry) or other pastries
               1-1/2 cups heavy cream
               2 Tbsp. sugar
               1 tsp. vanilla extract
               1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
               3 medium eggs, beaten

               Instructions:
               Bring cream, sugar and vanilla just to a boil. Add chocolate chips and let
               stand for 5 minutes. Beat eggs into mixture. Add crumbled muffins and
               separate into 4 individual crocks or 1 large one. Bake at 350 degrees for 20
               minutes or until center is firm. Serve with ice cream.

               Makes 4 servings.
