Alouette Garlic and Herb Croustade


1 T  olive oil

1 t chopped garlic

1/2 C minced onion

2/3 C roasted chopped red pepper

1 C chopped baby bella or other mushrooms

1/2 C blanched and chopped bacon

1 (6.5 or 2 (4 oz packages ALOUETTE  Garlic & Herb Spreadable Cheese

2 T fresh parsley

2 (2 oz) packages mini phyllo shells


In a nonstick pan over medium heat, heat oil and sauté  garlic, onion,pepper, mushrooms and bacon for 3 to 5 minutes.

Reduce heat to low and add Alouette.  lend and simmer for 1 minute.  emove from heat.  stir in parsley.  spoon one heaping Teaspoon in each baked phyllo shell;  serve warm.
