Glaric Rice

  • 2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 4 cups cooked long-grain rice
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic and cook over low heat until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Add the rice, stirring, until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with the cilantro and serve.
