Green Beans with Radishes

2 tablelspoons butter
1 tablesponn chopped scallions
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup sliced radishes
2-1/2 cups cooked fresh green beans
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
