Maji yamachungawa na nyembe
(Mango Orange Smoothie)
Serves 4

1 -1/4 pounds fresh  mangoes
12 oz orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt
6 cups of ice

Peel and pit the mangoes and cut them into large chunks.  Place the mango in a blender with the water, orange juice, sugar and salt.  Blend until smooth,  Taste and add more sugar if necessary.  Pour mix into a container and save.

Fill the blender with thee cups of ice and 1-1/2 cups of the mango/orange mixture.  Blend until smooth, pour into glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint. 

Repeat with the remaining mango/orange mixture and ice.
