Sweet 'n' Spicy  Brie Bites


 

2 T prepared cranberry relish

2 T red pepper jelly (I have so don’t buy)

1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary

24 wonton wrappers

1 # Brie cheese, rind removed & cubed

 

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  In small bowl, combine cranberry relish,

red pepper jelly & chopped fresh rosemary until blended.

Press 1 wrapper into each well of two 12-well mini-muffin pan.

Bake 10 minutes or until crisp.

Divide Brie cubes evenly among wonton cups.

Top filled cups with relish-jelly mixture.

Bake 1 minute or until Brie melts.

Garnish with fresh rosemary.

Serves 12
